Reaping 101 ~ The Parts of an Entity & Positions

Parts of an Entity
Parts of an Entity

Ren
~ true name, given at birth

Ba ~ the soul’s current incarnation / the soul’s memories  / personality of the most recent life (becomes memory sand)

Ka ~ the spark of life, life force (the soul’s essence, what is reincarnated)

Soul ~ the Ba and Ka together

Sheut ~ the Qliphothic manifestation of the unformed “I am”, symbolically represented in the corporeal world as a shadow

Ib ~ “the heart” / One’s true nature / Karmic essence of all lives ever lived collectively

Ha or Kha ~ the corporeal body

Integument ~  that which defined one’s appearance, i.e. one’s shape and form, and could be likened to an external casing or “skin.”

Subtle Ha ~ the muth/astral/echo replica of the Ha.  The subtle Ha served as the integument for the soul, but was not part of the soul.

Subtle body ~ The subtle body was composed of the “soul”, contained inside the subtle Ha.  The subtle body looked like the physical body.

Akh ~ a dead soul in the muth domain consisting of a Ka & Ba.  This is typically a temporary transitional state, but it is possible to become a ghost for an incarnation.  Does not have a subtle Ha.  Appearance varies.  May look like a previous incarnation if it remembers what it looked like, or it may be vaporous, or look like a preta, etc.

Additional Info:

~ Typically, when one died, the subtle body remained relatively close to the corresponding corporeal dead Ha, tethered by the silver chord, waiting for a reaper.  Once the reaper snipped the chord and took the soul, the subtle Ha would realign with the dead Ha, now an inanimate object.  It is possible for the subtle Ha to become lost upon death and fail to reunite with the dead Ha.  The subtle Ha continues to exist until the Ha no longer exists because of incineration or decay.

~ W is plural in Egytian, thus baw, kaw, haw, ahkw, ibw, shuetw, etc.
